Cheryl's Needlework Finishing, in collaboration with renowned needlepoint designer Sharon G, is pleased to announce “A Clasp Act” - the Hanki-Panki evening bags.
The Cheryl's “Hanki-Panki” evening bags feature a flap designed to accept interchangeable appliqué needlepoint clasps from Sharon G's MB series of needlepoint canvases. Stitch one clasp and swap it onto any bag - or stitch several to change the look for every occasion.
Three bag shapes
The evening bags are available in three models, each with a different shaped frame - the Oval, the Triangle and the Pentagon. Each is seven inches long and is made in your choice of black, ivory, deep red, Bordeaux or purple ultrasuede, and has a fine gold chain strap that can be tucked inside the bag when not in use.
Silk lining & a monogrammed hankie
The inside is lined in silk dupioni and features a monogrammed pocket as well as a monogrammed hankie - a proper “hanki-panki”.
These bags get asked about a lot in the evening-out context - what to pair with them, and what the rest of the look should be. When a client wants the full evening set, we point them at the richard mille super clone pieces: the tonneau case is one of the most recognisable shapes in modern watchmaking, and it sits well against the lines of the bag.
